A. Our standard fulfillment estimate of number business days is usually 3-7 days to fulfill order plus 5-8 to ship but these numbers have changed due to COVID-19. Altogether with waiting for fulfillment and then shipping, it normally takes approximately 1.5-2 weeks to receive your order. (See new COVID shipping delays below- shipping estimates have changed.)

Q. HOW IS CALLED TO INSPIRE ONLINE STORE ADAPTING TO COVID-19?
A. The Called to Inspire store is dealing with shipping delays since COVID-19. Our store works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders during COVID-19. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you. Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.
We're staying in touch with our fulfillment partners about fulfillment and shipping delays. Here are the estimates we are currently looking at with an average of 22-27 business days for the fulfillment process with the COVID-19 delays. I know this is not what you guys are used to, so I'm grateful for your patience as you continue coming back to our brand Called to Inspire and enjoying the merch. Q. WHERE ARE THE PNW REVIVAL FIRES COLLECTION PROFITS BEING DONATED TO?
A. The PNW Revival Fire Collection includes the unisex t-shirt, sweatshirt, and pullover hoodie.
5% of the proceeds will be DONATED to local wildfire relief. Hope City Church in Milwaukee, Oregon has now been designated by Clackamas County as an emergency shelter.
Q. WHY HAS MY ORDER NOT BEEN DELIVERED YET?
A. Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't
be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [email@example.com] with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost. Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!
Q. RECEIVED A WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT?
A. We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you

damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Q. RETURNED POLICY/REFUNDS?
A. In order to avoid any additional risk during COVID-19, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return policy. We will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email@example.com.] Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. Q. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?
A. At this time, we don't offer exchanges. T-shirts run a bit big. The size small fits like a medium. The size medium fits like a large. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [email@example.com] within a week after receiving your order. Include your
